(There will be a few bicycles available to use at the bike rodeo.)
The event in the past has included all aspects of public safety education and awareness, including many demonstrations and hands-on activities for kids.

Access and egress control, monitor life safety and security alarms, monitor radio channels and CCTV's, coordinate alarm and situation reporting to ERT Leaders and teams, use public address system to activate ERT teams, evacuate buildings, etc.; monitor and callout fire alarms, monitor and callout HPM alarms, provide customer service as necessary, monitor emergency lines, monitor hot work permits, monitor SMS, monitor FMS alarms, inventory post keys, inventory post equipment, document and write reports on shift activities, enforce all Securitas and client policies and procedures. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as determined by Securitas Supervision and Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 18 Years of age or older
* Valid Oregon Driver license to drive company vehicles
* DPSST certification (have or obtain, training available)
* Fluent English communication skills for safety and direction
* Intermediate computer skills
* Own reliable transportation to work site
PREFERRED:
* Prior Dispatch experience
* Customer service experience
* Available to work flexible schedule shifts
HOURS: Applicants should be available for all shifts including graveyard and weekends.
EMPLOYER COMMENTS: "Acceptable Personal Appearance Guidelines: Men: No collar length hair; sideburns must be shorter than bottom of ear; mustaches not lower than corner of mouth; no beards; no earrings; no visible tattoos.
