The attached form is a new SCAM that is on the streets and affecting Service
members. As you can see from the attachment they have copied the DFAS logo
as well as the Department of Defense logo on the paper so it makes it appear

AUSA Volunteer Family of the Year Award
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is seeking
nominations for the 2012 AUSA Volunteer Family of the Year Award. The award
recognizes an exceptional Family, whose spirit of volunteerism significantly
benefits the Army and as well as their local community. All ARNG Families
are eligible to submit nomination packets. I encourage all of you to ensure
widest dissemination to the force so that our National Guard Families have
the opportunity to be recognized for their selfless service and dedication
to duty.
